We begin with a comprehensive onboarding process designed to understand the full picture - your goals, routines, stress levels, movement history, mindset, energy, lifestyle, obstacles, and the season of life your are currently navigating.
2. Values & Vision Assessment
Together, we identify the values, priorities, and habits that matter most to you so we can build goals and routines that actually align with the life you want to create.
3. 60-Minute Initial Coaching Session
Your first session is a collaborative deep dive where we will create a personalized roadmap for your wellness journey. Together we'll establish meaningful goals, identify supportive routines, and build a realistic plan that fits your life - not someone else's version of wellness.
